Incentive Application

In order to be considered for an incentive from the Dumas EDC, you will need to fill out the incentive application.

• It must be filled out as completely as possible
• All signatures will be required.
• Provide three years of financials and/or tax returns.
• Should you require clarification of any information being requested, contact the Dumas EDC.
