Workforce Training
A new Career Skills & Technical Training Center was constructed in the Dumas Business Park in order to provide workforce
training and employer training programs to our businesses. The center is capable of providing customized programs to fit your needs and partners with area school districts to insure a steady flow of skilled workers will be ready for you to hire.
Skills Development grants are available to lessen the financial burden, and the community is prepared to insure you get workers that are motivated to make your business succeed!
